Job Overview:

Affiliate Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities:


Affiliate Program Strategy & Execution:


  1. Build and execute a high-ROI affiliate marketing program from the ground up - including structure, offers, tracking & reporting, and partner selection.
  2. Identify, onboard, and manage diverse affiliate partners including:
  • Influencers (Instagram, YouTube, blogs)
  • Affiliate networks and platforms
  • Topical content publishers and media sites
  • Community-based channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, email groups)
  • Strategic co-brands and cross-promotion partners


Relationship & Campaign Management


  1. Build long-term relationships with high-performing partners. Negotiate commercial terms and performance models (CPA, commission, hybrid, etc.).
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the right creatives, landing pages, and messaging to optimize performance.
  3. Design and manage promotional calendars, incentive programs, and exclusive launches through affiliate channels.


Performance Analysis & Optimization:


  1. Set up tracking wherever required. Utilize Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics and other existing tools.
  2. Monitor affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversions, CAC, ROAS, etc.) and optimize for volume and quality through your channels.
  3. Regularly audit and improve partner funnel quality to minimize fraud and low-intent traffic.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with internal teams such as Growth, Brand, and content teams to align affiliate efforts with broader campaign objectives.
  2. Streamline workflows with finance and legal teams to ensure timely payouts, contracts, and compliance


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership-driven customer acquisition.
  • Proven experience in managing affiliate programs with a monthly revenue scale of at least ₹10 lakh
  • Proven success in building and scaling affiliate programs or partner ecosystems - ideally in D2C or eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics - CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.
  • Prior experience working with affiliate platforms, influencer CRM tools, and Google Analytics/analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; strong commercial acumen
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to drive initiatives independently
  • Bonus: Experience working with beauty/wellness or personal care brands, or familiarity with creator/influencer ecosystem
