Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Elife Transfer affiliate marketing programme across global markets.
• Support the current Affiliate Marketing Manager in scaling affiliate acquisition for new product lines (trains and ride-hailing).
• Build strong relationships with key affiliates and networks, identifying new opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
• Negotiate partnerships, commission structures, and promotional placements to maximise ROI.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with product, content, and paid media teams to align campaigns and messaging.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity, and new technologies

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in affiliate or partner marketing, ideally within travel, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to deliver growth through partner acquisition, management, and optimisation.
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience managing KPIs and reporting against revenue goals.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
• Interest or experience in using AI tools for affiliate marketing—such as partner discovery, predictive ROI modelling, or automated performance optimization—to grow partnerships and revenue.
