Key Responsibilities

• Run well-conceived marketing tests to help optimize affiliate sales
• Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues
• Optimize all aspects of affiliate program through established and new networks
• Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI
• Responsible for scaling up non-banking partnerships with partners across multiple industries
• Focus on achieving the traffic and revenue targets by targeting potential partners, most importantly
• Aggressive outreach through the Carpet-Bombing strategy by partnering with multiple new platforms.
• Handling entire campaign execution from aligning with brands, Coupon codes creation, Catalogue
• links creation, sharing performance reports with partners, and making weekly reports on a regular basis

Qualifications & Experience

• Engineer or MBA from Tier 1,2 colleges
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good with data analysis and must be proficient in problem-solving
• Get things done attitude
