Job Summary

The Advocacy, Outreach, and Admissions Manager / Sr. Manager will lead comprehensive strategies to accelerate student enrollment, strengthen GoSchool’s and ADYPG Group’s brand presence, and cultivate meaningful institutional partnerships. This role merges strategic marketing, community advocacy, admissions leadership, and operational management. The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in school marketing, enrollment management, partnership development, and digital marketing, along with the ability to manage and optimize the school’s Learning Management System (LMS). The position also includes responsibility for designing, implementing, and promoting select ADYPG Group projects and academic applications across partner institutions. Frequent travel to surrounding schools and organizations is required to foster relationships and drive outreach efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

School Advocacy, Outreach, and Admissions

  • Develop and execute comprehensive advocacy, outreach, and admissions strategies aligned with the school’s goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process—from inquiry, counseling, and follow-up to conversion and student onboarding.
  • Build and nurture relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and key institutional partners.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns in partnership with internal and external vendors.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media engagement, SEO, paid advertising, and targeted communication campaigns.
  • Represent the school at educational fairs, open houses, orientations, and networking events to expand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with academic and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Manage advocacy and admissions budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to track leads, conversions, enrollment metrics, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the admissions and outreach team to achieve performance goals.


Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the school’s LMS to ensure smooth integration with academic and administrative operations.
  • Oversee user onboarding, system training, and troubleshooting for faculty, students, and parents.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to ensure content accuracy, course updates, and performance tracking.
  • Enhance the LMS user experience through regular audits, feedback collection, and data-driven improvements.


ADYPG Group Strategy and Marketing Initiatives

  • Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns for selected ADYPG Group projects and initiatives across schools and educational partners.
  • Develop strategic implementation plans for new group projects, including academic collaborations, events, and educational programs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align project goals with organizational outreach strategies.
  • Create and oversee roll-out plans for ADYPG Group initiatives, ensuring clear communication, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work closely with project and operations teams to track progress, evaluate impact, and present performance insights to senior management.
  • Represent ADYPG Group at industry events, educational forums, and partnership meetings to increase brand reach and project advocacy.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Education, or Business Administration; MBA or Master’s preferred for senior positions.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in education marketing, advocacy, admissions, or outreach, ideally in international or group school settings (Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, IB, NIOS).
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing, partnerships, and enrollment operations.
  • Proven expertise in ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, and CRM-driven lead management.
  • Practical experience with LMS platforms and ed-tech systems.
  • Established professional network across educational institutions, agencies, vendors, and consultants.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for collaborations and outreach activities.
