Job Title - Executive Assistant (EA) to Vice President – Corporate Affairs Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and well-presented Executive Assistant to support the Vice President – Corporate Affairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent command over English, be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential information with integrity. This role will primarily focus on executive assistance and will also provide support in corporate communication and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support (Primary): Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Vice President. Organize domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries. Draft, proofread, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other correspondence with high linguistic accuracy. Prepare minutes of meetings, follow-up action points, and manage task tracking. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP.
