The Admissions/CRM Manager plays a vital role in supporting the admissions process, fostering relationships with parents and stakeholders, and managing communication and community engagement activities at the school. As the key liaison between the institution and its community, you will ensure the smooth coordination of admissions, handle parent interactions, and contribute to maintaining the school's positive reputation. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Generation & Partnerships: Developing and nurturing relationships with preschools, daycare centers, and corporate teams to create a steady pipeline of prospective families. Identifying opportunities for partnerships with organizations, residential communities, and local businesses to enhance the school's brand presence. Participating in educational fairs, corporate events, and networking forums to attract potential families. Collaborating with the marketing team to execute targeted outreach campaigns for admissions and proactively generating leads through referrals, events, and digital inquiries. Admissions & Sales: Assisting in achieving annual admissions targets by converting inquiries into enrollments. Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, or customer relations, preferably in an educational setting. Proven experience in lead generation, partnerships, and CRM is essential, with familiarity in School Management Systems like iSAMS being advantageous. Strong relationship management skills, proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data management are required. Key Skills: A sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
