Description
The Strategic Initiatives Fellow role at Inventure Academy in Bangalore, reporting to the CEO & Managing Trustee, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 6-12 years of experience to step away from the corporate routine and embark on a journey where their work truly makes a difference. As a Strategic Initiatives Fellow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education, moving beyond task execution to driving impactful projects that have the potential to transform the education landscape. Your responsibilities will revolve around leading strategic initiatives that will define Inventure's upcoming endeavors, from pioneering education programs to expanding community outreach efforts. You will oversee 5-6 high-priority projects across different campuses, covering areas such as program development, execution, and assessment. Working closely with the CEO, you will contribute to long-term strategy formulation, school evolution, and decision-making processes. Your role will also involve conducting comprehensive research, synthesizing insights from various sectors like education, public policy, governance, and innovation. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of projects, alongside the creation of impact reports and dashboards that aid in strategic decision-making and progress tracking. The ideal candidate for this position is not just a checkbox-ticker but a visionary who can translate strategies into actionable plans. You should possess 6-12 years of relevant experience in mission-driven organizations or impactful roles, with a background in sectors such as education, edtech, or foundations like Gates and Nudge. Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and research skills are crucial for this role. Effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and the ability to foster trust among diverse stakeholders are highly valued. Adaptability, curiosity, and a hands-on approach are key attributes that will help you navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in this dynamic environment. While not mandatory, a master's degree from a reputable institution (MBA/PGDBA) is preferred. In return for your contributions, you will gain exposure to strategic decision-making processes in a prominent educational institution, the opportunity to innovate and scale solutions in a meaningful sector, and direct mentorship from the CEO and senior leadership. In a culture that prioritizes purpose, people, and progress, you will have the chance to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share your passion for creating positive change through education. If you are a strategist at heart, eager to bring about change through education, a continuous learner who challenges the status quo, and a team player who values empathy and excellence equally, we invite you to join us in building a purposeful future together.,
