Senior Communications Manager

As the Senior Manager / Head of Communications at Inventure Academy, you will be instrumental in shaping tomorrow's innovative, creative, and socially responsible leaders by leading both strategic and operational communication efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment across internal and external communications, PR, social media, branding, and stakeholder engagement. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a cohesive communication strategy aligned with the school's vision and growth objectives. You will oversee all communication channels, manage relationships with media and influencers, and drive crisis communication strategies when needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing social media channels, executing engaging digital campaigns, and monitoring analytics to optimize engagement. Internally, you will ensure timely and engaging updates for faculty, staff, students, and parents, as well as develop internal collateral and align communication strategies with institutional goals. You will also play a key role in building the school's brand reputation through compelling storytelling and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Leading and growing a high-performing communications team will be a crucial part of your role, as well as developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to strengthen employer branding. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields, along with 5+ years of experience for Senior Manager and 8+ years for Head of Communications.
