Job Description

As the Admissions/CRM Manager, your role involves supporting the admissions process, fostering relationships with parents and stakeholders, and managing communication and community engagement activities. You will serve as a key liaison between the school and its community, ensuring smooth coordination of admissions, handling parent interactions, and maintaining the school's positive reputation. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Partnerships: - Develop and nurture relationships with preschools, daycare centers, and corporate teams to create a steady pipeline of prospective families. - Identify opportunities for tie-ups with organizations, residential communities, and local businesses to enhance the brand presence of the school. - Participate and represent the school at educational fairs, corporate events, and networking forums to attract potential families. - Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted outreach campaigns for admissions. - Proactively generate and follow up on leads through referrals, events, and digital inquiries. - Admissions & Sales: - Assist in achieving annual admissions targets by converting inquiries into enrollments. - Effectively communicate the school's unique offerings, philosophy, and value proposition to prospective parents. - Conduct school tours, information sessions, and personalized consultations to guide parents through the admissions process. - Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, applications, and leads to maximize conversions. - Maintain and update admissions data in the School Management System (iSAMS) for pipeline tracking. - Community and Parent Engagement: - Build positive relationships with current and prospective parents, addressing queries and concerns. - Support systems for gathering parent feedback and help implement improvements. - Assist in organizing parent orientation sessions and onboarding new families. - Collaborate with teams on student retention initiatives. - Communication and Marketing: - Manage day-to-day communication with parents through emails, newsletters, and updates via iSAMS. - Coordinate with the marketing team on admissions campaigns and community events. - Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and digital content. - Ensure timely updates on the school's social media platforms and website. - Database and Regulatory Management: - Maintain accurate student records in iSAMS, including admissions and class lists. - Support the admissions team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (SATS, UDISE, FRRO). - Assist in managing logistics like parent logins, ID cards, and car stickers. - School Readiness and Onboarding: - Help prepare student databases and class lists for each academic year. - Coordinate onboarding communications for new and existing parents. - Assist with first-day logistics and parent orientation events. - Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on admissions status and parent feedback. - Track inquiries, applications, and conversions to support data-driven decisions. - Student Welfare and Special Needs: - Support the handling of emergencies involving students or staff, ensuring prompt parent communication. - Assist families in transitioning students to other schools, including documentation and exams. - Share critical student information, such as health alerts, with relevant staff when necessary. - Surveys: - Assist in designing, distributing, and collecting surveys to gather parent feedback. - Compile survey results and share insights with the team. - Exit Process: - Support the student exit process, including preparing Transfer Certificates. - Coordinate meetings related to student retention when necessary. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, or customer relations, preferably in an educational setting. - Proven experience in lead generation, partnerships, and CRM. - Familiarity with School Management Systems like iSAMS is an advantage. - Strong relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional parent experiences. - Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data management. Key Skills: - Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse stakeholders. - Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Data-driven approach to decision-making with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Proactive problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach. - High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.,
