Admissions Manager

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Experience: 3+ years (Education / Training sector preferred)

We are a well-established professional training institute looking for a results-oriented Admissions & Outreach Manager.
Primary responsibility: Generate student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct college seminars, workshops, and career orientation programs
• Handle admission enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, online)
• Follow up leads and convert enquiries into admissions
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate social media promotions (Instagram, WhatsApp, basic campaigns)
• Maintain enquiry and follow-up records

Mandatory Requirements

• Commerce background required (B.Com / M.Com / MBA)
• Proven experience in student admissions / education marketing
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable working with targets and numbers

Preferred

• Experience in training institutes, colleges, coaching centers
• Candidates with prior seminar / college outreach exposure
