Job Summary:

The Admissions Manager oversees the student admissions process, ensuring efficient, fair, and timely enrollment. This role manages the admissions team, develops recruitment strategies, evaluates applications, and works closely with academic and administrative departments to meet enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the admissions team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process (inquiries, applications, interviews, offers, and enrollment)
• Develop and implement student recruitment and outreach strategies
• Review and evaluate applications to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements
• Monitor enrollment targets and prepare admissions reports and forecasts
• Coordinate with marketing, academic departments, and student services
• Ensure accurate maintenance of applicant records and admissions databases
• Handle escalated applicant or parent inquiries professionally
• Ensure admissions policies are applied consistently and ethically

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in admissions, enrollment management, or student services
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Data-driven mindset with reporting and CRM experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in higher education, schools, or training institutions
• Familiarity with admissions software or CRM systems
• Knowledge of local or international education regulations (if applicable)
