Job Description – Accounts Manager

Job Title: Accounts Manager


Location: Hyderabad - Lakdikapul


Department: Finance & Accounts


Job Summary:


The Accounts person will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and managing financial reporting. This role requires expertise in Tally (6–8 years of experience), strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle taxation, vendor payments, and statutory compliance efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial & Accounting Operations:


• Perform daily audit of cash sheets across all branches and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in Tally ERP.

• Oversee vendor enrollment and validate required documents.

• Authorize vendor payments and manage the payment process efficiently.

• Audit monthly branch expenses, including telephone, mobile, internet, and electricity bills, ensuring adherence to budgets.

Taxation & Compliance:


• Verify GST return data and coordinate with the corporate office for filing.

• Manage statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, and Professional Tax Returns.

• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:


• Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports for all branches.

• Conduct expense analysis across all branches to optimize cost efficiency.

• Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Payroll & Employee Compensation:


• Oversee salary processing and ensure accuracy in payroll transactions.

• Manage statutory deductions and compliance with labor laws.

Requirements & Qualifications:


• Education: Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or MBA in Finance (preferred).

• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in accounting with Tally expertise.

• Technical Skills:

o MS Excel (Advanced): VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint Presentations.

o Financial Software: Tally ERP, GST return filing tools.

• Strong understanding of:

o Accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

o Tax regulations, vendor management, and statutory compliances.

• Soft Skills:

o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

o Ability to handle multi-branch financial operations.
