Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding individual client needs, and offering tailored solutions from the company's product and service portfolio. Key tasks include managing accounts, driving sales growth, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires effectively communicating product value propositions and staying updated with industry trends to proactively support clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Sales and account management expertise, including the ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Knowledge of industry trends and familiarity with the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or research sectors
• Attention to detail with proficiency in handling client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage accounts and address client concerns
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related field preferred
• Experience in science-based industries and knowledge of laboratory products or analytical solutions is an advantage
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
