Building and nurturing strong relationships with international clients and partners will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential clients in international markets, establishing and maintaining robust relationships with clients and partners, providing advice to clients on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities, handling travel-related issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds, as well as promoting and selling travel packages tailored to specific markets. You will need to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, participate in international travel fairs, below-the-line activities, and tourism events, stay informed about international travel trends and market dynamics, deliver exceptional customer service, resolve client issues promptly, and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management assessment. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, proven sales experience (preferably in the travel industry), a solid grasp of international markets and cultural nuances, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a results-oriented approach with a history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives, and a willingness to travel internationally as necessary.,
