About the company:

At Appbrew, our mission is to create the best shopping experience for global DTC brands. We are building an AI powered e-commerce app platform that enables brands to launch high-performance, feature-rich mobile apps that drive retention and revenue. Three years into our journey, we are proud to work with some of the largest DTC brands across India, the USA, Australia, and the UK.


Role:

We are looking for a high-ownership India Expansion & GTM Lead to drive Appbrew’s expansion in the Indian D2C market. In this role, you will identify high-potential brands, build strong relationships with founders/marketers, and lead the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and product demos to closing deals.


You will play a key role in educating brands on the value of mobile apps, guiding them through adoption, and contributing directly to Appbrew’s revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target D2C brands that can benefit from Appbrew’s mobile app solutions.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, events, and partnerships.
  • Deliver product demos and communicate clear value propositions.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
  • Provide proactive after-sales support along with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep CRM data updated and track sales performance.
  • Share customer insights and market trends to improve sales strategy.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management (SaaS or D2C ecosystem preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently hit targets.
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience selling to founders/marketing teams/e-commerce brands is a plus.
  • Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, CRM tools, and SaaS sales is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary.
