Job Description

As an Account Executive at Pump, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth by taking charge of the full sales cycle. This ranges from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships. Your collaboration with the CEO, product team, and other early sales team members will be instrumental in shaping the go-to-market strategy and sales culture right from the foundation. Responsibilities: - Manage the complete sales process, including outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and contract closure - Work closely with the CEO on pipeline strategy and execution on a daily basis - Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand pain points and effectively communicate Pump's value proposition - Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders - Collaborate with the product team to tailor solutions to meet client needs and offer valuable customer feedback - Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets - Advocate for customer success and retention internally - Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in HubSpot Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales, with a successful track record of deal closures - Profound understanding of the sales cycle, showcasing examples of achieving quotas - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities - Experience in engaging technical buyers, particularly in cloud or DevOps-related discussions, is advantageous - Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools - Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment - Ability to collaborate across functions with product and engineering teams to convey customer requirements - Customer-centric mindset and adept relationship-building skills - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the experience is substantial Benefits: - Competitive salary ranging from 2,000,000 INR to 3,000,000 INR - Performance-based bonuses - Equity options in the company - Comprehensive healthcare coverage - 13 days of paid time off plus a one-week company shutdown from December 24 to January 1 - Quarterly team retreats and offsites - Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid/remote options where applicable Note: The compensation mentioned is in Indian Rupees (INR).,
