Role Overview As an Account Executive at Qualifyze, you will own the full new-logo sales cycle end-to-end—building pipeline, running high-quality discovery and negotiation, and closing scalable ARR while ensuring a clean handover to AMs. Main Responsibilities Generate new ARR by signing new customers (logos) with the highest possible ACV, while ensuring realistic expectations and successful handover to AMs. Run outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, social selling) and collaborate with SDRs to build pipeline. Manage a full 360º sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature. Visit high-potential prospects (>€30k ARR) on-site to increase conversion rates and strengthen relationships. Keep a clean and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot for accurate forecasting and reporting. Ensure all deals are logged in CRM with next steps, enabling visibility for leadership. Work closely with AMs, SDRs, Marketing, Supplier Sales, and Operations to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience. Develop an in-depth understanding of the auditing industry and the value Qualifyze provides to customers. KPIs & Expectations Build and maintain a pipeline at least 3x your target to consistently achieve goals. Submit accurate forecasts in HubSpot at the end of each month for the following month. Conduct on-site visits with high-potential prospects before or during negotiations. Maintain outreach levels aligned with historical benchmarks (:250 activities/week), focusing on quality over quantity. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally as an AE or similar, with a track record of closing new business. Experience in the Indian market is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior decision-makers. Strong CRM skills (HubSpot experience is a plus). Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken) in a fast-paced, international environment. Availability to work within India time zones. A can-do attitude, resilience, and strong ownership of results. Role Overview The Supplier Account Manager is the central, end-to-end owner of the relationship with the suppliers that are being audited by Qualifyze. This is a high-impact, dual-focus role that combines strategic partnership development with hands-on, operational execution. You will be responsible for establishing long-lasting relationships with the biggest manufacturers in the pharmaceutical industry, thereby fueling the growth of our core business. Requirements 3+ years of B2B experience in a role focused on managing complex client relationships, such as Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Project Management. A track record of success in achieving goals, whether they are sales quotas, retention targets, or project deadlines.
