Job Description

Hi Job Seekers,

Location: MG Road, Bangalore (English + Hindi)

CTC: Up to 5 LPA (Based on LOB)

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and understand their academic and career goals.
Conduct counselling sessions through phone calls, in-person meetings, and online platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Comfortable working six days a week with fixed day shifts.
Ability to identify student needs and offer suitable program recommendations.
Any B2C Sales experience will be considered.

Compensation Structure

The organization operates across three Lines of Business (LOBs), each offering a different salary slab within the overall CTC range of up to 5 LPA.
In addition to the fixed salary, candidates will receive unlimited performance-based incentives.
