Role & Responsibilities 1. Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects and get them enrolled in the executive courses. 2. Understand each candidate's profile, professional background, and career aspirations to provide personalized course recommendations. 3. Present program features, benefits, and unique advantages in a persuasive and consultative manner. 4. Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales and follow-up process. 5. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messaging to ensure timely closure of sales. 6. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while ensuring high conversion ratios. 7.
