Company Overview:

Media Buying & Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ad effectiveness.
Track and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and implement data-driven optimizations.
Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on ad spend.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in media buying, performance marketing.
Proven performance reports of past ad campaigns & media buying strategy success.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
