You will be working as a member of the Operations and HR team. You will be involved in all aspects of HR and Operations which include Recruitment and Head-hunting, Process and Policy Development and implementation, Payroll management, and more. Who you are? 0 - 1 years of experience in HR Functions like Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills. A smart, mature, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities Responsibilities : Assist in the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels. Manage resource planning, creating job descriptions, sourcing profiles from multiple channels, shortlisting, database management of candidates, etc. Assist the CEO and HR manager with everyday HR and Operations responsibilities. Conceptualise and manage end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities. Maintain attendance, working hours, employees, and assets database. Embrace the dynamic nature of a startup, adapting to changing priorities and needs. Demonstrate agility in managing multiple tasks and wearing different hats as required. Contribute proactively to the company's growth.
