About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced React Native Engineer to work with us on core business projects. The goal would be to understand business requirements and mock-ups. We’ll provide you with the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ - the product requirements and business reasons behind them. You will work with senior engineers to design the system and architecture. You will then implement the design with the other engineers on your team.

Responsibilities:

• Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch mobile applications.
• Transform design wireframes into visually captivating and functional mobile applications.
• Develop new features and interfaces based on wireframe models, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, responsiveness, and performance of mobile applications.
• Manage releases of dynamic application components and troubleshoot issues during development and in production environments.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and adherence to security standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, implementing them in our projects.

Requirements and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a React Native developer or in a similar role.
• Demonstrable portfolio of applications released on the App Store and the Android market.
• Experience in deploying and managing app releases on both the App Store and Play Store.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and JSX.
• Strong understanding of cross-platform compatibility issues and solutions.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux and Zustand.
• Basic understanding of Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).
• Strong grasp of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and SDKs, along with version control systems (Git).
• Solid analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
