You'll work closely with the founders to onboard new mutual fund distributors (MFDs), help them succeed on the platform, and directly influence product, process, and growth strategy. Responsibilities Identify and onboard mutual fund distributors across regions Drive platform adoption and grow AUM from acquired partners Conduct product walkthroughs and help partners migrate their book Represent Creso at offline/online advisor events and trainings Be a trusted advisor to MFDs, provide market insights and product education Share feedback with the product team to improve platform experience Build the early playbook for repeatable and scalable sales Who You Are You’re eloquent, hardworking, sincere, and bring a positive, solutions-first attitude 4-6 years of experience in mutual fund distribution / AMC sales / fintech / BFSI preferred Fluent in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a bonus Comfortable with product demos, handling objections, and building trust Hungry to learn, grow fast, and be part of something meaningful from Day 1 Why Join Us?
