We are looking for a Shopify Expert who can manage and optimize client stores while being the go-to person for all Shopify-related needs. This role is client-facing and requires both technical know-how (apps, integrations, basic coding) and smooth communication skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain multiple Shopify stores for D2C fashion & lifestyle brands. Handle client website queries (product uploads, collections, store updates, banners, etc.). Research, test, and integrate Shopify apps (upsells, reviews, subscriptions, tracking). Implement basic Shopify coding tweaks (HTML, CSS, Liquid) when needed. Work with design/content teams to update website creatives, landing pages, and CRO experiments . Troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure smooth store operations . Communicate directly with clients to ensure requests are delivered on time. Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on Shopify experience (agency or D2C preferred). Familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and backend operations . Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Liquid (not advanced coding). Strong communication skills for client interaction and requirement gathering. Ability to manage multiple client stores simultaneously. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
