About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Meta Ads Performance Marketer who wants to learn fast and grow in the performance marketing space. You’ll work directly on Meta Ads campaigns, handling a total monthly budget of ₹5–10 lakhs across multiple ad accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who wants deep, hands-on experience in scaling e-commerce brands and understanding paid marketing from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).

Handle ₹5–10 lakh monthly ad budgets effectively.

Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and scaling goals.

Requirements

Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager (training will be provided).

Dwarka Sector-8

Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Good communication skills and ability to work on-site.

Passionate about performance marketing and eager to develop expertise.

Knowledge of e-commerce/D2C is an added advantage.
