About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, trend-driven Creative Associate to take ownership of the entire creative side of the agency. You’ll analyze content, plan scripts, ensure creatives align with marketing goals, manage social media presence, and keep our brand ahead of culture and trends.

This role is perfect for someone obsessed with Gen Z fashion, experimental aesthetics, and fast-moving social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze all marketing content to ensure it fits strategy and performance goals.

Suggest strong, engaging scripts, concepts, and creative directions for ads and content.

Stay up-to-date with new trends, formats, and viral content styles across platforms.

Handle basic video editing for ad creatives, reels, shorts, and performance content.

Ensure every creative has a clear CTA and strong storytelling structure.

Social Media Handling:

Plan and maintain posting schedules

Oversee page aesthetics and brand consistency

Assist in captions, ideas, and audience engagement

Track what content is performing and why

Work closely with media buyers to align creative angles with marketing strategy.

Bring fresh ideas inspired by Gen Z fashion, streetwear, and experimental fashion movements.

Requirements

Strong creative thinking with the ability to give direction for scripts and content.

Basic video editing knowledge (mobile or desktop tools).

Understanding of CTAs and marketing-focused creative strategies.

Solid interest in social media platforms, trends, and content styles.

Genuine passion for Gen Z fashion, streetwear, and aesthetic experimentation.

Ability to analyze what content will work for marketing vs. what won’t.

Highly detail-oriented, curious, and a critical thinker.

Must be comfortable working on-site.
