About the Role

Creative Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form videos (Reels/UGC ads) using

  CapCut

• Add captions, overlays, and text that match high-performing ad styles
• Study Instagram/TikTok trends and share new creative ideas
• Understand brand products and suggest content angles
• Research influencers & creators for brand collaborations
• Help coordinate basic brand–creator partnerships
• Assist the creative team with organizing and delivering assets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in

  Gen Z culture, fashion, and internet trends

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut/VN etc.)
• Active on Instagram and familiar with what performs well
• Good sense of aesthetics, hooks, and storytelling
• Eager to learn performance-driven content
• Strong communication and coordination skills
