Creative Strategist

If you’re the kind of person who lives on the internet, thrives in brainstorming sessions, and isn’t afraid to jump in front of the camera — this role’s for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and manage

    monthly YouTube content calendars

    that align with brand and campaign goals.
  • Ideate, script, and reference

    content for YouTube and other social platforms.
  • Coordinate with the video editing team

    for edits, post-production, and publishing timelines.
  • Be

    comfortable in front of the camera

    — whether hosting, narrating, or appearing in short-form videos.
  • Identify and leverage trends

    across pop culture, fashion, and creator content.
  • Conduct

    post-performance analysis

    to measure growth, engagement, and audience insights.
  • Act as a

    creative bridge between the brand and marketing teams

    , ensuring every campaign goes live with the right assets across the

    LaFetch app and website

  • Collaborate with internal teams for shoots, concept decks, and creative reviews.
