Zonal Manager – B2B Sales

Department: Business Development (B2B Division)
Reporting To: Regional Head / State Head
Work Mode: Field + Hybrid CRM Reporting
Location: Bihar / Jharkhand Zones

Role Objective:

To drive B2B sales growth for Pooja Education by expanding the Channel Partner Network and promoting high-value educational technology products — AI-Based Student Counselling System, AI English Speaking Platform, and AI Interview Preparation Tool — across assigned zones. The Zonal Manager will lead partner acquisition, performance tracking, and relationship management, ensuring consistent business growth and revenue achievement.

Key Responsibilities:1. Channel Partner Development

Identify, onboard, and activate new education consultants, coaching centers, and institutions as channel partners.

Train partners on product portfolio, sales process, and CRM usage.

Ensure 100% activation and monthly performance tracking of each partner.

Conduct regular visits, presentations, and local promotional meets.

2. Sales & Revenue Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission & revenue targets through partner-driven enrollment.

Develop zone-wise sales pipeline, track lead conversion, and monitor ROI on partner activities.

Generate market intelligence reports and competitor analysis.

3. Product Promotion

Promote Pooja Education’s AI-powered EdTech solutions:

AI Student Counselling Tool: Smart profiling & career mapping system.

AI English Speaking App: Conversational learning & skill improvement.

AI Interview Preparation Module: Mock interviews, analytics, and confidence training.

Ensure that every partner is able to demonstrate product value effectively to students and institutions.

4. Relationship & Territory Management

Maintain healthy, transparent relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement.

Handle partner grievances, payout escalations, and operational support efficiently.

Conduct monthly zonal review meetings with State Head to track growth metrics.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Update all leads, partner details, and student data in the central CRM daily.

Share weekly performance reports, including KPIs like activation count, conversion %, visit log, and payout requests.

Coordinate with the marketing team for regional campaign execution.

Monthly Enrolment & Revenue Achievement

Partner Retention & Satisfaction Score

Weekly Field Visit Compliance (Minimum 20 per week)

Daily CRM Reporting Accuracy (100%)

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA with 3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in EdTech / Education / Skill Development sectors.

Proven track record of partner management and regional business growth.

Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi + English).

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling large territories independently.

Tech-savvy with CRM & MIS usage experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
