IMMEDIATE JOINEE REQUIRED!! Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process for UG & PG courses in Online modes. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Admission Guidance: Counsel students and parents about suitable universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission processes . Provide detailed information on admission options (Distance, and Online). Lead Management & Follow-ups: Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins . Maintain a student database and follow up with leads to ensure successful admissions. Convert potential leads into enrollments by addressing their concerns and offering solutions. Documentation & Admission Process Handling: Assist students in filling out application forms and ensure all required documents are submitted. Coordinate with universities and institutions for seamless admission processing. Collaboration & Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to promote admission programs. Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and seminars to generate leads. Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any field (preferably Education, Counseling, or Management). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education counseling or admissions . Strong knowledge of universities, courses, and admission criteria in different modes (Online). Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms . Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.
