Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Patna. The Career Counselor will work closely with students to guide them in identifying educational and career paths suited to their goals and potential. Day-to-day tasks include conducting career counseling sessions, creating tailored career development plans, providing guidance on course selection, assisting with career planning activities, and addressing students' concerns. Collaboration with faculty and other educational stakeholders to support student success will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to guide students effectively toward achieving their academic and professional goals
• Proven experience in Student Counseling and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds
• Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to build rapport and provide motivation and encouragement
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications or courses in education or counseling are a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in education or working with youth from underprivileged backgrounds is preferred
