Career Counselor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counseling Specialist for DigiTech Media Network (a venture with Covalent Softwares Pvt. Ltd.) located in Dwarka. We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right digital marketing courses.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for advising students on career paths, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. 
• Call leads and prospects to make them convert and enroll with DigiTech Media Network for various Digital Marketing courses.

• Provide detailed information about course curriculum, fees, and certifications.
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings for final conversions.
• Assist students in the enrollment and admission process.
• Maintain records of student interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to increase enrollments.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to better guide candidates.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide counseling and support
• Knowledge of counseling techniques
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for education and career guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education and Marketing preferred).
• 1-4 years of experience in counseling, sales or education industry.
• Candidate will work onsite at Dwarka, Delhi
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus!
