Key Responsibilities: ● Counselling and Guidance: Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their educational and career goals. ● Outbound and Follow-Up Calls: Make calls daily to address inquiries and provide information about courses and offerings. ● Converting Leads: Convert leads into paid applications by showcasing the benefits of our programs (weekly and monthly targets involved). ● CRM Management: Effectively manage leads and maintain detailed records of student interactions using CRM software. ● Campus Engagement: Co-ordinate walk-ins and campus visits, providing on-site counselling and support. ● Market Awareness: Stay updated on course offerings, educational trends, and competitive programs. ● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve organisational goals.
