Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Dwarka. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking career development and management assistance. The role includes assessing clients skills, interests, and goals, offering advice on career paths, preparing tailored career plans, and assisting with job applications and interview preparation. Collaborating with students and professionals, the Career Counselor will also work to facilitate their long-term career success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing vocational guidance
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and offer constructive feedback
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and employment opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required
• Professional certifications in counseling or career development are a plus
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their goals
