Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Delhi, India. The Career Counselor will guide students in exploring career options, assist in career development planning, NEET Admission and counselling process. Additional responsibilities include counseling students to address their career concerns, helping with decision-making, and maintaining effective communication with students and parents through consistent updates and interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling with a focus on helping students navigate their educational and professional pathways
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with students
• Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation
• 0-1 year of experience in career guidance or educational counseling is an advantage
• Handling inbound and outbound calls (No Target)
• Prior adapitility of using Microsoft Excel and word.
