Career Counselor

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide academic guidance to prospective students via inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts and WhatsApp
• Recommend suitable UG/PG programs based on eligibility, learning outcomes, and career alignment
• Explain program details including course structure, duration, assessment methods, fees, financing options, scholarships, and placement support
• Manage the complete admissions lifecycle, from lead qualification to enrollment confirmation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while maintaining high counseling quality standards
• Accurately update student interactions, lead stages, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Postgraduate from any recognized discipline
• 0.6-2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, tele-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement roles (preferred)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and career counseling aptitude are encouraged to apply

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with a student-first approach
• Ability to manage high lead volumes while maintaining conversion efficiency
• Target-driven mindset with a commitment to ethical academic counseling
• Strong time-management and follow-up discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
