Hiring: Career Counselor (Internship + Training with Placement)

Location: Aligarh

We are looking for enthusiastic Career Counselors who are passionate about mentoring, guiding, and shaping students’ careers. This opportunity is open for freshers as well as experienced professionals who want to build a long-term career in counseling & education.

Role Type: Internship + Training (6 Months) → Full-Time Placement

Key Responsibilities

✔ Guide students on academic & career opportunities

✔ Conduct career counseling & mentoring sessions

✔ Help students create career roadmaps & study plans

✔ Maintain student records & progress reports

✔ Conduct seminars, workshops & interactive sessions

✔ Coordinate with faculty & management

Eligibility & Requirements

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. (Engineering preferred)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Fluency in English & Hindi

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Passion for student mentoring & counseling

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
