What Will You Drive?

As a Zonal Manager – Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue, leading high-performing teams, and enhancing customer experience. You will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement skill development plans.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data to generate insights, create forecasts, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to align sales initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to adapt strategies proactively.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A customer-first approach with a strong focus on service excellence and retention.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
