Zonal Manager - Sales

As a Zonal Manager - Sales for a leading textile company in Ludhiana, your role involves leading sales operations in the assigned region. With a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the zipper industry or related garment accessories sector, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, managing the sales team, ensuring timely collections, and strengthening customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals. - Achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region. - Manage and mentor the regional sales team; track performance and ensure accountability. - Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. - Identify and tap into new market opportunities to expand the customer base. - Drive proper and consistent usage of CRM software by the sales team for customer management, lead tracking, and reporting. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to adjust plans accordingly. - Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence. - Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer concerns. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the zipper industry or related garment accessories sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team. - Familiarity with CRM software for customer management and reporting. - Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. - Fluent in Punjabi. - Location preference: Ludhiana, Punjab.
