Job Summary 1:
To Efficiently Manage the daily outward (dispatch and Shipping) operations for all
Online, E-commerce, or direct-to-customer (D2C) orders, ensuring accuracy,
Timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Outward Logistics & Dispatch Management
Order Fulfillment: Oversee and manage the complete cycle of online order fulfillment:
o Picking: Ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of products from storage.
o Packing: Supervising the packing process, ensuring correct packaging standards (quality, size, and branding) for safe transit.
o Labeling/Documentation: Generating and affixing accurate shipping labels, invoices, e-way bills, and courier manifests.
Dispatch & Shipping: Coordinate and execute the daily dispatch of all packed orders.
Courier Coordination: Liaise daily with various logistics partners and couriers to ensure timely order pickups and resolve any dispatch-related issues.
Tracking: Track pending orders and delayed shipments, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and maintain delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Inventory & Stock Accuracy (Outward Focus)
Stock Reconciliation: Ensure real-time stock levels are accurately synced between the physical warehouse, the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Panel, etc.).
Cycle Counting: Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts focused on high-moving e-commerce items to maintain accuracy.
Returns Management: Oversee the inward processing and reconciliation of customer returns (RTO/Reverse Logistics) and track return reason codes.
Team Leadership & Operations Improvement
Supervision: Assign daily tasks to the warehouse team, supervise their performance, and provide training to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
Process Optimization: Continuously look for ways to optimize the warehouse layout, picking paths, packing processes, and overall workflow to increase speed and reduce operational costs.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company safety policies and relevant shipping regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations or related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control.
Proficient in MS Excel; ability to handle large datasets and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft D-365 Business Central ERP is a must.
Familiarity with e-commerce operations and order fulfilment.
Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive – Inward / QC / RMA to manage all activities related to the inward movement of goods, quality control, and handling of return materials. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, stock verification, ERP systems, and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Inward Operations: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming stock against purchase orders or invoices. Ensure accurate documentation, GRN generation, and system entries in ERP. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies. Ensure systematic binning and labelling of received items.
➢ Quality Control (QC): Inspect received materials for print quality, damages, and packaging standards. Segregate defective or damaged stock and prepare QC inspection reports. Ensure only approved items are released for dispatch or storage.
➢ RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): Handle customer and school returns as per SOPs. Inspect and categorize returned goods as reusable, damaged, or scrap. Coordinate with sales and accounts for replacement or refund processing. Maintain RMA records and ensure timely closure within defined timelines.
➢ Inventory & Warehouse Support: Assist in daily stock management, reconciliation, and audits. Support dispatch and kitting activities during operational peaks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
➢ ERP & Data Management: Update inward, QC, and RMA data in Microsoft D-365 Business Central ERP. Generate basic MIS reports related to inward, QC, and RMA status. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry.
Desired Candidate Profile:
✓ Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/inward/QC/RMA operations. ✓ Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft D-365 Business Central ERP. ✓ Strong understanding of warehouse and stock control processes. ✓ Excellent attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills. ✓ Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. ✓ Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
