Job Summary:
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory management, and coordination with internal departments. The role ensures efficient, accurate, and timely handling of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse activities such as receiving, stacking, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock verification.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
• Supervise loading/unloading processes and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of stock levels and material movements.
• Handle inward and outward logistics coordination with transporters and vendors.
• Identify process improvements to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA / Supply Chain Management).
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/WMS software, and inventory control systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Other Requirements: Attention to detail, ability to manage teams, and flexibility to work extended hours if required.
