We provide our customers with the solution to their full logistics needs of sea, air and local distribution Job Location: CBD BELAPUR Key responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate daily office and operations activity • Provide a bridge between operations, customer service and management to ensure the smooth flow of activities • Have effective communication with clients, transporters and overseas agents • Track the status of shipments, completion of documentation, and compliance with customs & regulatory requirements • Manage a small team to ensure they are effectively allocated work and follow through with their tasks • Help with the preparation of MIS reports and support management to make decisions • Identify operational bottlenecks and ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion Qualifications / Skills: • Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration) • 5–8 years’ experience in logistics / freight forwarding / supply chain • Must have a good understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing processes • Strong coordination skills and an effective communicator with good leadership qualities • Computer literacy in MS Office and ERP/logistics software is desirable • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment whilst being a strong problem-solver.
