Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Update and maintain records related to orders, customer details, and logistics data. Make outbound calls to customers/clients for follow-ups, confirmations, and basic service coordination. Attend inbound customer calls and resolve routine queries or escalate as required. Coordinate with internal teams (operations/accounts/logistics) to ensure timely information flow. Prepare simple reports as assigned. Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to company processes. Required Skills:Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel, Word & email usage. Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred). Clear speaking voice and polite telephone manner. Comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone. Typing speed of minimum 25–30 WPM with good accuracy. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Qualifications: Any graduate or 12th pass (higher education preferred). Prior experience in data entry, telecalling, BPO, or office coordination is an advantage. What We Offer: Fixed salary.
