Logistics Manager

Company Overview: Our company is a rapidly growing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company focusing on international and domestic freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain management. We provide our customers with the solution to their full logistics needs of sea, air and local distribution Job Location: CBD BELAPUR Key responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate daily office and operations activity • Provide a bridge between operations, customer service and management to ensure the smooth flow of activities • Have effective communication with clients, transporters and overseas agents • Track the status of shipments, completion of documentation, and compliance with customs & regulatory requirements • Manage a small team to ensure they are effectively allocated work and follow through with their tasks • Help with the preparation of MIS reports and support management to make decisions • Identify operational bottlenecks and ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion Qualifications / Skills: • Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration) • 5–8 years’ experience in logistics / freight forwarding / supply chain • Must have a good understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing processes • Strong coordination skills and an effective communicator with good leadership qualities • Computer literacy in MS Office and ERP/logistics software is desirable • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment whilst being a strong problem-solver.
