Experience in sourcing candidates for BPO/IT roles using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Ability to source and screen candidates based on JDs and compensation brackets
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Team player with a detail-oriented, go-getter attitude
Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Humanities or Management)
Immediate joiners
