Job Description

Role Overview: As a pivotal role reporting directly to the GPLs and partnering with the central Process Performance Excellence (PPE) team, you will drive transformational change across global finance operations through process optimization, quality enhancement, and strategic innovation. Your responsibilities will include driving the PPE Framework & Op Ex Strategy within relevant GPL workstreams, collaborating to uplift process maturity, and playing a critical role in process mining and identifying KPIs to drive process insights. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives across finance functions, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, & cycle times - Architect scalable operating models that support business growth while reducing complexity & operational risk - Champion automation & digital transformation leveraging RPA, AI/ML, and intelligent workflow solutions - Establish PPE governance frameworks with clear ownership, controls, & performance metrics - Drive standardization & harmonization of processes across regions & business units Qualification Required: - Education & Certifications: - MBA, Master's in Finance, or equivalent advanced degree - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred - Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent) highly valued Additional Details of the Company: Standard Chartered is an international bank with a history of over 170 years, dedicated to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
