The Account Director position at Nallas is a full-time role that requires a candidate with a strong background in IT Consulting and Services, particularly focusing on client growth and strategy. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading client engagement efforts, deepening relationships, and driving business development initiatives to bring innovation to B2B engagements. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strategic leadership skills and a track record of scaling key accounts while delivering exceptional value to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate strong and long-term relationships with clients by offering innovative services and solutions. - Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. - Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. - Develop and execute account growth strategies with clear milestones and KPIs. - Present compelling value propositions and lead efforts to acquire new clients. - Revitalize underperforming accounts and drive partnership development initiatives. - Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and executive teams to align on client engagement and thought leadership. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new service opportunities. - Organize client workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to reinforce trust and partnership value. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, account management, or senior sales roles within the IT services/consulting industry. - Experience managing large accounts ($10M+) or overseeing multiple concurrent projects (5+) for a single client. - Strong exposure to US-based clients is preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills. - Proven leadership skills in scaling accounts and consistently delivering positive business outcomes.
