Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions and Statutory administration, such as provident fund, insurance and healthcare plans & Other Statutory Compliance. Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves and personal information. To prepare and submit payroll and attendance reports to the management on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. To handle statutory registrations for employees, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employees State Insurance (ESI) enrollment, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. To compile and process employee documentation and records, and maintain an up-to-date and accurate employee database Handle Non-IT Recruitment, shortlisting profiles, conducting and scheduling interviews, and closing requirements on time. Posting job descriptions, as per requirements, on social media, career websites and other Job portals. Experience in recruiting Field Home Appliance & IT Hardware Technicians Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. To Coordinate for formulating HR Policies & Procedures as well as communicating all updates to employees. Handle Employee Grievances including Conflict resolution & disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws & regulations. To Coordinate the performance review process by collecting feedback, tracking employee goals, and assisting with performance improvement plans. Maintaining employee performance records and documentation. Coordinating employee training programs. Assisting in identifying training needs and developing training materials. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in Payroll , Statutory , Employee Grievances, Recruitment & HR Generalist Activities. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. High Ethical Standards & Integrity. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
