Excellent communication & interpersonal skills , Source candidates through portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media, Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, Strong sourcing and networking abilities, Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
