Lead the execution of global sourcing and workforce planning strategies in alignment with the TA COEs goals. Partner closely with senior stakeholders across internal functions to define and lead strategic sourcing initiatives that drive business success. Collaborate with functional TA teams to drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and encourage data-driven decision-making. Manage the full spectrum of supply management from a COE perspective, ensuring alignment between sourcing capacity and business demand. Identify, evaluate, and partner with external vendors and sourcing partners to meet evolving hiring needs effectively. Design and lead strategic projects focused on process improvement, innovation, and increased sourcing efficiency. Establish and institutionalize sourcing best practices, tools, and governance models across teams. Act as a metrics-driven leader, using data to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across the sourcing function. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sourcing teams, ensuring alignment with organizational and client objectives.
15+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on technology hiring in fast-paced environments. Proven track record of managing high-volume and niche hiring across multiple geographies. Experience in start-up ecosystems or high-growth organizations is highly desirable and considered a key differentiator. Strong understanding of emerging technologies and niche skill sets, with the ability to consult on market trends and talent availability. Demonstrated experience in hiring across various levelsfrom entry-level to executive leadership. Prior success managing diverse recruitment teams, including those working in different models (source/screen/present, end-to-end), across distributed or remote environments. Experience conceptualizing and executing mid to large-scale assessment centers, hiring drives, and bulk recruitment campaigns under tight timelines.
